DIY Mini Drone with Ice Cream stics





Materials Needed:

  • Ice cream sticks
  • Mini motors (can be purchased online)
  • Propellers
  • Battery
  • Glue gun
  • Wires
  • Mini controller (optional)

Step 1: Frame Assembly

  1. Create the base frame using ice cream sticks. Form a square or rectangular shape by gluing the sticks together.
  2. Attach the mini motors to each corner of the frame using a hot glue gun.

Step 2: Attaching Propellers

  1. Attach the propellers to each motor.
  2. Ensure propellers are balanced and facing the correct direction to achieve lift and stability.

Step 3: Electrical Connections

  1. Connect the mini motors to the battery using wires.

Step 5: Optional Controller Setup

  1. If using a mini controller, connect it to the drone according to its instructions.
  2. Test the drone with the controller to ensure proper functionality.

Step 6: Final Checks

  1. Double-check all connections and the structural integrity of the drone.
  2. Ensure the battery is securely attached and functioning correctly.
