How to Make a Candle Heater

A candle heater is a simple DIY project that uses the heat from candles to warm a small space. It works by trapping and slowly releasing heat using clay or metal parts. This project is mainly for learning and emergency use, not as a replacement for electric heaters.

Basic Concept:
Multiple candles are placed at the base, and heat is absorbed by inverted clay pots or a metal structure. The stored heat is then released gradually into the room.

Simple Materials Needed:

  • Tea light candles (3–5)

  • Clay pots (2 different sizes) or metal container

  • Long bolt, nuts, and washers (if using clay pots)

  • Heat-resistant base (ceramic tile or metal tray)

Working Principle:
Candles produce heat → clay/metal absorbs heat → stored heat radiates slowly → room feels warmer.

⚠️ Safety Note:

  • Never leave unattended

  • Keep away from kids and flammable items

  • Use only in well-ventilated areas

  • Not for closed rooms or overnight use
