DC Motor (12V preferred)

Sandpaper (Round sheet)

Old CD/DVD disk (as sanding base)

Switch
-
Power adapter or 12V battery

Wood or PVC base board

Glue / screws / small stand
How to Make

Prepare the Base:
Fix a small wooden or PVC board as the sander base. -
Attach the Disk:
Glue a CD/DVD to the motor shaft (centered properly).
Stick sandpaper on the top of the CD using double tape or glue. -
Mount the Motor:
Fix the motor firmly on the base so that the sandpaper disk faces upward and can spin freely. -
Add Power & Switch:
Connect motor → switch → adapter/battery.
Use a 12V power source for better torque. -
Safety Cover (Optional):
You can attach a small half-cover using PVC to protect from dust.
How to Use

Turn ON the switch.

Gently press small wooden, metal, or plastic parts on the rotating disk.

Use safety goggles while sanding.
