DIY Bluetooth Speaker With Tin Can & Cardboard – Simple Home Project
Making your own Bluetooth speaker is a fun and low-cost project. With just a tin can, cardboard, and a small Bluetooth module, you can build a working speaker at home. This project is perfect for students, hobbyists, and DIY electronics lovers.
Materials Needed

Empty tin can

Cardboard sheet

3W or 5W speaker

Bluetooth amplifier module (TPA3110, PAM8403, or any mini module)

18650 battery or 5V power bank

Switch

Hot glue gun

Soldering iron & wire

Small wires
Steps to Make the Speaker

Prepare the Tin Can
Clean the tin can and make a circular hole in front for the speaker. -
Fix the Speaker
Place the speaker inside the hole and secure it with hot glue. -
Make the Back Cover (Cardboard)
Cut a round cardboard piece to fit the back of the can.
This will hold the circuit and battery. -
Install the Bluetooth Module
Solder the speaker wires to the module.
Connect power (battery or USB cable). -
Add the Switch
Connect a simple ON/OFF switch for power control. -
Organize Everything
Fix the battery and module inside the can.
Close the back with cardboard and glue. -
Test & Enjoy
Turn it on, connect your phone via Bluetooth, and play your music!
