A DIY blower fan is a fun and useful project you can make at home using simple materials. It works like a small air blower and is great for cooling, cleaning small electronic parts, or just for fun experiments.

Plastic bottle or cardboard tube

Fan blades (plastic or cardboard)

9V battery or 18650 cell

How to Make the DIY Blower Fan

Prepare the Body
Use a plastic bottle or a cardboard tube as the blower body.
Cut the front in a narrow shape for air output. -
Make the Fan Blade
If you don’t have ready-made blades, cut small blades from cardboard or a plastic sheet and fix them on the motor shaft. -
Fix the Motor
Place the motor at the back of the blower tube and secure it with hot glue. -
Add the Switch
Connect the switch in series with the battery for easy ON/OFF control. -
Connect the Power Source
Attach the 9V battery or 18650 cell using wires.
Make sure all connections are tight and insulated. -
Assemble Everything
Close the back of the blower with cardboard.
Ensure the front remains open for airflow. -
Test Your Blower
Turn it on and feel the strong airflow from the front opening.
