Small piece of wood (for base/body)

Small piece of PVC pipe (for outer cover or battery case)

18650 battery (1 or 2 cells)

Charging module TP4056 (with protection)

5V Boost Converter module
-
Switch (On/Off)
-
USB Output Port
-
Glue / Hot gun
-
Sandpaper + small drill
Simple Wiring

Battery → TP4056 (B+ to B+, B- to B-)
-
TP4056 Out+ and Out- → Boost Converter In+ and In-

Boost Converter Output → USB Port

Add Switch between battery + line (optional)
How to Make
-
Cut the wood into a small rectangular shape (like a small box).
-
Hollow out or cut space to fit the 18650 battery inside.

Cut a piece of PVC pipe as a cover or sliding case.
-
Fix the TP4056 & Boost Converter on the wood surface inside.

Insert USB port in the front.
-
Sand the edges and apply polish or leave natural for rustic look.
