Overview

Create your own USB light for convenient illumination. This DIY project is perfect for providing extra light when needed, powered by a USB port.

Materials Needed

  • LED Strip or Bulb: Obtain a USB-powered LED strip or bulb for energy-efficient lighting.
  • USB Cable: Use a USB cable for connecting the LED strip or bulb to a USB port.
  • On/Off Switch: Include an on/off switch for controlling the USB light.
  • Enclosure: Use a lightweight and durable enclosure for housing the components.

Instructions

  1. Attach LED Strip or Bulb
    Connect the USB-powered LED strip or bulb to the USB cable.
  2. Connect USB Cable
    Connect the USB cable to the LED strip or bulb and a USB port for power.
  3. Install On/Off Switch
    Mount the on/off switch on the USB cable for easy control of the USB light.
  4. Secure Components
    Ensure all components are securely mounted inside the enclosure, and there are no loose connections.
