DIY Electric Blender at Home (Simple Project)

Materials Needed

  • DC Motor (3V–12V)

  • Small plastic bottle or container

  • Metal blade (can be made from tin/old spoon)

  • Small switch

  • Battery (or adapter/USB power)

  • Hot glue / super glue

Steps

  1. Prepare Container:
Cut the bottom of the plastic bottle (so it becomes the blender cup). Make a small hole in the center of the bottle cap.

  2. Make Blade:
Cut a small metal strip (from tin can or old spoon).
Shape it like a small fan.
Fix it onto the motor shaft tightly.

  3. Attach Motor:
Insert the motor shaft through the hole in the bottle cap and seal with glue.

  4. Wiring:
Connect motor to switch → then to battery (or USB power).

  5. Assemble:
    Screw the bottle back on.
    Your mini blender is ready.

How to Use

  • Add small items only (garlic, ginger, dry spices, small fruits).

  • Turn ON switch for 5–10 seconds.
